Tanisha has over 10 years’ experience in UK and European energy policy. Her career began at Energy UK during the creation of Electricity Market Reform. Moving to CBI during the Brexit period, she was instrumental in the implementation of the Net Zero 2050 target into law. She also worked on the development of nuclear RAB, lifting the onshore wind ban, progressing carbon capture and tackling Brexit energy issues. Tanisha moved to Drax before COVID-19 leading on biomass and sustainability policy. Now, Tanisha is Head of CCS Policy and Advocacy at Harbour Energy, working with government on Viking CCS and managing government affairs for Harbour’s EU CCS interests.
