Rachel is the Head of HSE’s Energy Policy team with responsibility for major hazard areas including offshore and pipelines. HSE has worked for HSE for eleven years with previous roles leading Onshore Major Hazard Chemicals policy and Civil Contingency preparedness and response. Rachel also chairs the OECD Working Party on Chemical Accidents.
