Nor A’in is currently the General Manager for PETRONAS Carbon Capture & Storage (CCS) in Carbon Management Division(CMD). She graduated with a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy New York, USA in 2001. In 2016, Nor A’in has obtained Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from Project Management Institute. She has been identified as one of the Thought Leaders in Sustainability upon her completion of Leadersip Program on sustainability in 2022; a joint program delivered by World Business Council for Sustainable Developement (WBCSD), Yale University and IMD.

Nor A’in started off her career in oil and gas since 2001 with one of the oil majors and in 2007 she pivoted to serve th PETRONAS. Ever since, Nor A’in carried instrumental role in various offshore field development execution as both the regulator role and project developer of hydrocarbon field offshore of Malaysia. In 2020 rercognizing the depth she has gained in project full life cycle, she has been exposed to the breadth spectrum of PETRONAS business portfolio through special task force for PETRONAS' Portfolio Intervention and Transition (PIT). A team of 7 that are task to crafted the next PETRONAS move in riding through the Energy Transition era at Corporate level.

Currently, she is leading the build of CCS as PETRONAS new venture by introducing different sets of thinking and perspective whilst observing compliance to techno commercial assurance and risk management. It is evident that her cumulative experience of 20 years in managing projects and her solution focus drive in particular her experience as Project Director of Kasawari Project, mega project with complexity of high contaminants, geopolitical and techno commercial challenges has come into play to the CCS establishment that she is leading in PETRONAS
