Liv holds a Masters in Industrial Environmental Technology (1994) and has ~25 years operational experience in process industries. Liv was project manager for CO2 capture projects at Norcem, part of HeidelbergCement Group from 2010-2018 and was responsible for maturing CCS on cement through technology screening, pilot-testing, concept and FEED studies. At AFRY, Liv applies her experience from planning and implementation of large early-phase projects for cement, minerals, metals, mining and chemicals clients. AFRY continue to support the Norcem CCS project through construction and commissioning with project, site and engineering management services. Liv was head of sustainability for HeidelbergCement Norway and is part of Advansia’s Sustainability Expert Group.
