Francesca is an investor relation professional and currently leads OEUK’s fiscal policy and investor relations work. Her role is focused on driving investment into the energy sector, policy development, and supporting members navigate a transitioning energy investment and finance landscape. She represents industry on UK and international technical expert groups responsible for sustainable finance, decarbonised gas, CCUS and Hydrogen and has a specific interest in the role of taxonomies.
She has the privilege of being the industry chair for the CCUS Kickstarters, a group formed in 2020 by the SoS for energy as a vehicle to promote diversity, equality, and inclusion in the growing CCS sector with a direct report to the DESNZ CCUS council.
She joined OEUK (formerly OGUK) in 2020 from EY, where she supported upstream and midstream clients. Francesca holds a degree in Geology and Petroleum Geology from the University of Aberdeen.
