Caroline is the Senior Business Development Manager and project implementation strategist for Energy Transition at Bechtel. She began her career as a Process Engineer over 35 years ago. Following her passion for technical engineering, she continued her professional development on all aspects of project delivery, including construction and commissioning. This led to a career in Project and Construction Management roles, with a focus on large complex projects, including some of the most prestigious infrastructure projects in the UK and Middle East. She has extensive EPC delivery experience and alternative execution models, delivering projects through to operations, handover and project completion. Caroline has also been recognised for advocating industry change by helping women into the engineering and construction sector in the Middle East, contributing to employment diversity in the region.
