As the Vice-President of Business Development and Strategic Initiatives for the Knowledge Centre, Breanne leads transformative initiatives to advance carbon capture and storage (CCS) solutions across Canada. She provides expertise for consulting and communications efforts, implements knowledge-sharing activities and pursues new funding opportunities. Breanne’s focus is on positioning the Knowledge Centre at the forefront of sustainable development and ensuring successful alignment with Canadian carbon reduction objectives.

Breanne has spent her career dedicated to understanding Canada’s evolving energy landscape, building collaborative relationships, and sharing information with industry, government, and the public. Most recently at Carbon Management Canada, she played a pivotal role in aligning Canada’s CCS Research and Technology organizations to effectively market the expertise and facilities available to validate solutions. With a strong foundation in public relations, Breanne brings a wealth of experience, combining strategic thinking with hands-on expertise to drive meaningful change in the pursuit of a low-carbon future.
